TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
We like to keep things simple, here are the only terms:
FOR CLASSES
- We will refund in full any individual classes cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. No refund is offered after that.
- Course bookings can be cancelled 2 weeks before the start date. This is to allow others to take your spot. No refunds will be issued after that.
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR ONLINE SHOP
- We will refund or replace any items that are deemed faulty. However, we do not accept "change of mind" returns.
- While we pack our products very carefully, we cannot take responsibility with losses of breakages that occur in transit. These issues need to be solved directly with the courier provider.
FOR KILN FIRINGS
We take great care in handling your creations, but please be aware that the process of firing ceramics is unpredictable and can sometimes result in damage to items. This includes, but is not limited to, cracking, warping, or glaze defects. While we do our best to minimize these risks, the studio cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the drying and firing process.
Health and Safety Disclaimer:
The safety of our participants and staff is a top priority. While we strive to maintain a safe and healthy environment, participants should be aware of the inherent risks associated with ceramic activities. These include, but are not limited to: exposure to dust, chemicals, and the use of potentially dangerous equipment and tools. We provide guidance on health and safety procedures, and it is the responsibility of each participant to follow these guidelines. The studio is not liable for personal injuries or health conditions that arise as a result of participating in studio activities.
